A celebration of seasonality

Game Season

With the arrival of autumn, intense and comforting flavours also arrive at Rocco. The new Game Season menu introduces a game cuisine, known for its succulence and flavour — hallmarks of thisculinary tradition that returns with the new season.

 

For starters, we’ll be serving Venison Carpaccio with ricotta and pumpkin ice cream, pickled shimeji mushrooms, and pecan nuts. Among the main courses, highlights include Grilled Hare with vitelotte potato chips and a salad with caramelized dried fruits, and Partridge Risotto scented with aged Grappa.
