It is with great pride that we share a true rare gem that has just arrived at our wine cellar: Quinta do Vallado ABF 1843, a limited edition Port Wine — only 24 numbered bottles came out of one of the oldest and most famous estates in the Douro Valley.

Rocco had the privilege of acquiring a bottle from this limited set, reinforcing our commitment to excellence, tradition and exclusivity. This exclusive Port wine was vinified by a small producer in the Baixo Corgo sub-region, adjacent to Quinta do Vallado, and has been ageing since 1888 in three 650-litre oak casks. After more than a century of static ageing, subject to slow and natural evaporation — the so-called angel's share — only about 700 litres of this masterpiece remain, still stored in the original containers.
