Rocco presents a new selection of dishes that celebrates Italian tradition with a contemporary twist. Across the Crudo, the Gastrobar and the Ristorante, the new menu takes you on a journey through flavours from land and sea, where Italian classics are given a fresh twist.

From Focaccia with Porchetta, Burrata and ’Nduja to delicate Carpaccio of Carabineiro Prawns and Veal Loin, via King Crab and Prawns with Russian Calad, the new additions explore a range of flavours and textures. Among the classics, Spaghetti alla Carbonara and Rigatoni al Ragù have been added to the menu, whilst Grilled Squid with Salmoriglio Sauce and Creamy Polenta and Lamb with Mint Sauce and Risotto al Salto bring fresh ideas to the table.

To finish, Raspberry Mille-feuille and Strawberry Meringue add a fresh and delicate touch to the new menu.
