At Rocco, we know that the most important thing about Easter is the family and friends gathering around a table filled with flavour and tradition. To celebrate the occasion, we prepared a must-try menu, which brings together the classic and contemporary, with inspiration in Portuguese and Italian cuisine.
The cold cuts station opens the buffet with options such as salads, carpaccios and other suggestions such as Sea Bass Roe, Sado Oysters or Poultry Liver Terrine.
The main course list includes perfumed lamb with chilli and sage leaf, octopus with dry tomato sauce and a traditional Italian option, trofie al pesto and toasted pine nuts, while the highlight for the side dishes is the Italian sausage rice.
For dessert, the Italian and Portuguese flavours coexist side by side: besides Arroz-doce and the Easter Folar, the menu also offers the Cassata Siciliana, Bomboloni, Tiramisù and Salame del papa, followed by the traditional almonds and Rocco chocolate eggs.
